Description
As artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and other new technologies become more and more useful and more readily available, there’s an opportunity for organizations to re-envision their approach to learning and performance. New technologies, with experiences that are designed around employees and their needs, can put employees in position to work more comfortably and more effectively. In this talk, I’ll discuss new technologies that are becoming available or are on the horizon, and explore how they can best be used to create new experiences for employees that are personalized, engaging, active, meaningful, relevant, and effective.
